That's also the day after Amazon promises it will be delivered, effectively making Prime a 3-day service instead of a 2-day service. Apr 23, 2019 · It is a residential delivery and I was here waiting. Another parcel came via UPS about 5 hours later, more the normal time. The regular driver delivering the package that came had no idea. I called and got a ups supervisor who said he would have someone from the local center to call within an hour, and that has been about 4 hours ago now, no call.
