Apr 23, 2019 · It is a residential delivery and I was here waiting. Another parcel came via UPS about 5 hours later, more the normal time. The regular driver delivering the package that came had no idea. I called and got a ups supervisor who said he would have someone from the local center to call within an hour, and that has been about 4 hours ago now, no call.

Jun 19, 2015 · The USPS delivery always arrives on the day after I get the delivery notification e-mail. That's also the day after Amazon promises it will be delivered, effectively making Prime a 3-day service instead of a 2-day service. Articles shipped all the way via UPS usually arrive as promised after two days.

Aug 19, 2010 · UPS truck shows up, driver gets out walks up to my door and puts a sticker on the door saying delivery attempted. Walked back to truck and took off. No attempt at delivery - to impatient / lazy since delivery involved signature. I was home all the time. UPS sucks.

The worst part is if you read the attempted delivery emails, it tells you that you need to schedule a pickup which is a huge pain in the ass. Call in, sit on hold for 30 minutes, schedule a pickup, try to plan leaving work early.. only to have it attempted for delivery again the next day.
