Dominos, as far as I know, does not have a delivery charge. It charges the prices for what you order along with 14% VAT and 20% Service Tax on the gross total. If however there are hidden delivery charges in the VAT, it's a different case altogether.

Wow, I think this is the first time I've heard of fast food options being worse in America than the UK, Dominos doesn't charge here. Places that do charge, I always assume it goes towards the cost of delivery, to keep prices low for walk ins as others have said.
