If they refuse to help, what you need to remember is that your contract as a customer is actually with the retailer. Bad delivery. Parcel and item damaged upon delivery. They used some tape to seal the package but looked suspicious as both parcel and item was opened. A bit scared that the package has been mishandled, especially with the coronavirus flying around. Won't recommend Yodel at all!4.2/5

Bought some wine from Waitrose at a good price. Yodel didn't deliver on the day as they claimed they couldn't find my house! 2 days later they were booked in to deliver again. I kept checking their delivery tracking system which helpfully shows the live-time location of their driver.
