Jan 24, 2020 · Thanks for your answers, but they don't help. Pearl, I don't think the problem is with Outlook, because sending from mail.yahoo.com also fails. Sharon, I don't think I can be violating Yahoo mail policies, because a one-word message to myself, saying "test," fails. Any other ideas?
