Jul 24, 2017 · Costco has contracted with the wrong company. They are the worst delivery company I have dealt with. I am one dissatisfied consumer. Their customer service department is horrible as well. They are very rude, and it is what they say, take it or leave it. No apologies, no "let us help you", nothing. I am very frustrated with them. Very poor service.

By the way, people who work or have worked at UPS drink a lot of the company Kool-Aid, so they will always tell you it is the best.
