Dec 18, 2007 · Do check first, and I guess if it is only a few minutes late, don't be narky about it, but if it is more than 20 - 30 minutes late, I'd call the pizza shop BEFORE it arrives and let them know the delivery is now x amount of time late, and ask what can be done about it.

Oct 13, 2002 · Pizza Hut where I live sucks....they commonly get the order F'd up and almost always take over an hour to deliver it. Had one of their delivery guys just ring my doorbell and leave the pizza on my porch with a note that said "sorry it took so long, this one is on me" Kinda cool that he did that but damn they still suck.
