My favourite topic...my shopping deliveries are almost always late. I complain after 5 mins to get the delivery charge refunded. If they are much later, I complain again to get money off my next shop - £40 so far But that's me, and I'm a moany old cow I'm actually disappointed on the rare occassions the delivery arrives within the time slot.
