Immediately you lose the weight of your babes and placenta/s but you also gain a lot in fluid during surgery. By 2 weeks is lost 35lbs but I gained 64. 16 weeks pp and I have 13 lbs left to go. I was really petite prepreg so not sure if I'll see those numbers on the scale again.
