Transportation planning status is not set to Completed in the outbound delivery even after assigning this delivery to the shipments. In the Transportation chain, Delivery has been assigned to multiple shipments but still Transportation status is not set 'C' in the delivery. VBUK-TRSTA = 'A' even though transportation is complete.

The document flow in the delivery shows the shipment as fully calculated & Completed, but in the transportation tab of delivery the transportation status is 'B', & when Iam transfering the costs to the Billing document, the log says that as the copy control is configured as shipment costs "F" the delivery is not completed with relevant to transportation.

If no shipments are planned, set the delivery as not relevant for shipment scheduling by entering a suitable route in the delivery or transportation blocking reason. If shipments are to be formed for the delivery, then shipment scheduling must be completed and the costs calculated for the shipments relevant for shipment costs.

SAP Message VY301 - Transportation planning is not completed for delivery &1. Copying control for billing requires the copying of shipment costs fromthe shipments belonging to this delivery. Because this delivery is relevant for shipment scheduling, but shipmentscheduling is not yet completed, the shipment costs cannot bedetermined fully.

You can find this field in the delivery header on the transportation screen. Once these requirements have been met, the system automatically sets the transportation planning status to A (Not yet planned) in the Trns.plan.status field in the delivery header. For inbound shipments
