I dont use it, but a neighbour has had nightmares using ASDA's delivery service. Over charging, double charging, short deliveries, you name it. It isnt as if she can up and storm down the store, as she is housebound, and it takes ages for ASDA to sort it out.

Has anyone else had problems with Asda failing to deliver? I have had shocking service from them after a failed delivery on Thursday evening. I am a working mum with a long commute so home delivery is my lifeline. 2 days later and I've just been told I won't be getting my shopping and I can have a refund and a pathetic voucher.

You’ve had bad experience with Asda, however you are BU to think it’s only Asda who does this or give bad customer service I’ve had pretty shocking customer service from Sainsbury’s before, and also have plenty of pending payments before also, in fact Toby Carvery is one of the worst for me.

I have paid for a yearly delivery pass but now due to Asda over subscribing to home deliveries this is no longer possible as I can’t even get a slot anymore. Asda are you enjoying your profits over customer relations as now you are forcing me to actually shop in person & as I am one of the high risk categories I find this to be abhorrent.

The service at Asda in Halesowen is at…an all time low. The service at Asda in Halesowen is at an all time low, some (not all) of the till staff in the food department are very abrupt and rude as of late. A till lady called Sandra often glares at me for some stupid reason, if this continues, I'll consult the manager.
