I was always by the door and made a point of having the door manned all day. At 7pm today I get a message to say delivery was attempted which is utter rubbish. Considering DX are responsible for delivering passports you would expect some honesty and reliability rather than fabricating a story that they tried to deliver. Very disappointed!

DX is yet to start collecting reviews. DX is a Lier... The company lie if a delivery Missed saying their vehicle breakdown.Its a very common things to say... It will be mistake from driver or DX but consumer need to suffer !

DX Delivery is the worst delivery… DX Delivery is the worst delivery service i experienced . They are used by uk home office and other embassies to deliver passports. On many occasions i was told by DX Delivery that they tried to deliver but no one was on the address. But in fact we were at home and they just want us to arrange redelivery .

DX cancelled one delivery because they didn’t have a van available! I had taken a day off work to receive the delivery. No consideration of customer disruption and despite several phone calls where I requested specific time slots to accommodate my working hours, DX made no effort to meet my request.

I re-ordered the motors and alerted DX to the missing shipment. Three weeks later (again, not the 4-5 days promised) the motors arrived. One was broken, one has bad bearings and one seems to work OK. If painfully slow delivery and damaged goods are AOK with you, go ahead and buy from DX. As Jess pointed out DX won't posy negative reviews.1.4/5(51)
