I had a c-section a week and half ago and it wasn't until I got home that my feet became very swollen. I Was in the hospital from Sunday night and was released on Thursday afternoon. Just keep your feet elevated and walk when u can and that will reduce your swelling. I'm 10PP and on day 8 I started noticing the swelling going down.
