I think Ikea stuff is reasonable quality for the price - in which case, paying the extra for delivery means you end up with cheap, OK furniture as opposed to buying equivalent, cheap furniture on the internet without the delivery charge and it being total crap. I made this mistake with some bunk beds a few years ago - they were truly awful.
