On each of the three occasions SEUR have not rung my doorbell (it's working) and I've had to trek the 8km to Denia, battle for a parking space and collect the parcels from their office.

Sep 28, 2019 · We have had SEUR tell us so many times our address is incorrect, it usn’t, Amazon have sent us things via Prime and they arrive no problem. I just don’t understand SEUR, in one communication they say Item damaged returned to sender and then a communication saying customer has changed delivery time, both referring to same delivery.
