It appears the liver removes most of the resveratrol that is delivered orally. 1, 2 So I would like to take it sublingual or perhaps buccal. I can't find many studies on it, but I have seen one where sublingual administration of resveratrol increases bioavailability when combined with alcohol 5. I can't find the direct link at the moment, so wikipedia will have to suffice.
