The homey restaurant can be hard to find, and parking is limited, but once you’re eating the fresh-made saimin, with thin, curly noodles and strips of char sui, it is all worth it. 12/14/2020. 1 photo. On a Monday, Palace Saimin was closed, but lucky for us we made it in time for lunch11:00-2:00 at the Old Saimin House. During this pandemic, it's a great place for a reasonably priced menu. Basic Won Ton Min and BBQ stick which is exactly what my son and I were looking for.
