Mar 19, 2020 · After we upgraded our 2003 Outlook/Exchange versions to Outlook 2007 and Exchange 2007, the Delay Delivery option will not function for any of our users. The delayed message does go to the user's Outbox as it should, but the message remains there after the scheduled delivery time and never gets sent even if you open the message and try to manually send it.

Sep 21, 2011 · The second set of emails might not send out at all, or only one or two of them may send and the user ends up having to manually send these messages. This is running Exchange 07. The user is running Outlook 2007 and is not in cached mode and the user's email is left open at all times. All normal non-delayed emails are sending correctly.
