I can't say what I want to say because trustpilot would probably not publish that much profanity. HDNL do my nut in. Whenever I order something and I see that HDNL tracking number I just get that sinking feeling and know it'll not turn up. Next time I take a day off work for my 'Guaranteed next day delivery' and HDNL don't turn up.

Frankly given the, generally, negative reviews this courier company generates on Trustpilot I'm amazed a world-class business like Amazon continues to put its reputation in the hands of such an incompetent 'delivery' service.

I am normally a very curious person and totally I disregarded the shear amount of bad reviews on here, on Google and other review sites regarding YODEL aka HDNL. Evidence that HDNL/Home Delivery Network AKA YODEL deliver a bad service was all to see.

No delivery or attempted delivery - we were at home all day. someone's not being truthful, are they? Amazon now have to send out a replacement. This is the second time in as many weeks that HDNL have failed miserably yo deliver to me on time .

I am currently waiting for 2 Amazon Prime parcels due for delivery by HDNL today. It is now 5.30pm and the parcels are showing as being in Northern Ireland instead of Boston Lincolnshire. One review site has over 3,000 posts about HDNL and Amazon's own forums have over 100 complaints about HDNL.

HDNL Delivery Problem FAQs. HDNL offers a track able service to our customers for Free Super Saver, First Class and Prime delivery methods. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 7.am. and 21:00 pm. In most cases the parcel will require a signature, however if HDNL is instructed they will leave the parcel in a safe place.
