Whenever they are sending mail to any external address or any exchange 2k3 server user with request of delivery notification. The delivery receipts are coming in Junk Mail folder. Confirming again this is happening only with users mailbox setup on Exchange 2007 servers.

Sep 26, 2016 · I’ve sent out some really important emails and for these emails not only did I request Read Receipts, I also requested Delivery Receipts. I do this because Read Receipts aren’t sent until the recipient actually reads the message and even then, these Read Receipts can be cancelled by the recipient or can otherwise get “lost” as well.

Oct 30, 2007 · I've just installed Exchange 2007 into our current Exchange 2000 organisation. Everything is running fine aside from delivery receipts for users running Outlook 2002 (Office XP). These users receive their delivery receipts in what appears to be Chinese. I've googled this to death and found a few people with the same problem but no fix.

Dec 05, 2012 · Hi Everyone. I need to track sent emails using delivery and read receipts from Outlook 2007. I've found that when I send to internal addresses everything works smoothly and all receipts are received, but when I send external emails I get delivery receipts showing that they have been 'Relayed' and no read receipts are requested (hence none are returned).
