Sep 21, 2011 · On the Exchange manager down at the bottom on the left is tool, click that and in there is a mail flow troubleshooter you can run and specify that the mail is stuck in the queue. See what that returns.-Jay. All test messages to [email protected] are getting stuck on the SMTP queue.

Jul 04, 2012 · I have incoming emails from mostly 1 sender to multiple users in different mailbox stores. Some messages are stuck in the local delivery queue. I have restarted the email server and also tried creating the ResetMessageStatus Reg key, but this did not help.

The problem was one user had almost 50 emails stuck in the local delivery queue. They could send email inside and out, but incoming would never get there. I believe the problem was a corrupted mailbox. To fix the user’s mailbox, I exported their account to a .pst using Exmerge.

Feb 07, 2007 · Hello, I am running CentOS with the webmin to manage most everything, sendmail is active and running. When I send an email via PHP using the mail() function I can see the message in the webmail queue, but the status of messages are always: Deferred: Connection timed out with mail.fieldtechnologies.com.
