Aug 16, 2012 · Restart the SMTP service – check the queues and see if mail is being delivered. Also check the account mailbox at this point. Once all the mails are delivered to that user, stop the SMTP service and change the value for “ResetMessageStatus” to 0 and start the SMTP service.

Typed the alias in the TO: field, it recognized the alias and defaulted the name listed in the GAL. This message is sitting in the Local Delivery Queue as well. Also tried sending the message from my Outlook, entering the From address of the sender having the problem (usera) and the recipient (userb). Message sits in Local Delivery Queue.

Jul 04, 2012 · I have incoming emails from mostly 1 sender to multiple users in different mailbox stores. Some messages are stuck in the local delivery queue. I have restarted the email server and also tried creating the ResetMessageStatus Reg key, but this did not help.

Mar 07, 2017 · The only way we could view the stuck message was by opening the local copy of outlook with the network disconnected, if we were to open the local copy of outlook with the network connected the message will immediately send and be received by the recipient.
