I tip in Vietnamese Dong. Normally if by my self I might leave 5000 dong (26 cents) and if it is a couple of us, maybe 15000 Dong 73 cents). I think that for a waiter or watress to waste time running around to exchange $1 usd is not benifical. A usd $1 is worth 18K dong.
