Jul 12, 2012 · I did this, and was told that they would refund me the cost of the item, but not the original shipping charges of £3.84. I disputed this, as I was pretty sure that under the Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs) the company has to refund all of the money I paid as part of the original purchase (including any delivery charges).
