Well Dell should have a caviat at the ordering stage and not tell people it will be 2 or 3 days when it will be 15. At no point are you given the choice to accept a longer delivery. ie We tell you 2-3 days, so order now and then after ordering you say well actually it's 15 days - it fails to deliver on a promise.

I called this number (it is the number of delivery company) and told them the order number, they replied to me that they haven't received the order yet.
