Feb 11, 2009 · However the other end as menitoned are saying that the email' is not hitting there end at all, so I think its an exchange server setting at our end. Is there anything else I can check? btw Its Exchnage 2007 not 2003, I think I posted this in the 2003 section.

Nov 03, 2016 · 571 Delivery not authorized, message refused . When I asked them to send me a test message it's working fine, but when they try to resend their e-mail, it blocks this specific e-mail. I have disable the antispam on Exchange 2007, still blocking. Is there any log, where I can check why these specific e-mails are refused? EXAMPLE of undelivery ...4.1/5(10)

We have this ongoing sporadic issue that first started a few months ago whereby certain external contacts keep receiving NDR messages with '571 Delivery not authorized, message refused' as the reason for the delivery failure. Whenever we rebooted the fireboxes the issue would disappear for a while, only to then re-occur later.
