Nov 03, 2016 · 571 Delivery not authorized, message refused . When I asked them to send me a test message it's working fine, but when they try to resend their e-mail, it blocks this specific e-mail. Feb 11, 2009 · However the other end as menitoned are saying that the email' is not hitting there end at all, so I think its an exchange server setting at our end. Is there anything else I can check? btw Its Exchnage 2007 not 2003, I think I posted this in the 2003 section.
