In order to do what you want, you, usually, have to go to the delivery carrier's site to specify delivery instructions (based upon your tracking number). I know that on the UPS site you can (I don't remember if you HAVE to be a UPS MyChoice member or not - but you can get a basic MyChoice membership for free). With other carriers, YMMV.
