Feb 28, 2008 · Not sure about Dominos but I ordered online with Papa John's and it gave me the option of adding the tip to the credit card. If you didn't put the tip on your credit card and you don't have any cash, there really isn't anything you can do. They make the majority of their money from tips, you don't HAVE to tip them, but you should.

Can't speak for the other chains, but at Domino's when you get tipped on credit cards and/or gift cards we still end up with it as cash in hand at the end of the night. Our system treats gift cards pretty much the same as a credit card, except the slip that prints out shows "balance remaining" on it.
