Jan 25, 2010 · A best way to make sure if it'll actually arrive to you the same day as it says out for delivery is to read the last location. For example, if you live in Texas and if it says Texas, Out for Delivery then you will know for sure it'll be arriving the same day. Hope this helps

May 15, 2014 · Mine is showing out for delivery for last 2 days now. Called canadapost they said since it was mailes to cic and they receive bulk mails, its probably still at govt mailroom and once it is sorted for the concerned dept the status will be updated after last scan.
