If the service is not active and the texter uses a mobile that. has delivery reports turned on, to send a text to a landline, if the text does not get delivered the texter will know... Not all networks have delivery reports! I know virgin & voda do have it, o2 don't on. payg unless they do have this option now.

Blank. To hear this message again or stop calls please ring above number. Have done a search on the number and a few people have said it is tmobile/ virgin SMS text message service. I' m not sure about this as origin number is different each time and can't imagine why 15 strangers should suddenly want to send a blank message!

May 11, 2011 · Bt has introduced a "Voice Text Messaging" service. Basically you can send mobile phone text messages ( Not from Orange) to a landline, BT or NTL. And what happens is an electronic voice attempts to translate the text.
