Don’t! It’s pretty normal! My son is now 13 months and wakes anywhere from 1-3 times a night. This is a vast improvement from every 1-2 hours, which we had from about 4-10 months. I truly believe sleep (particularly self-settling) is a milestone just like any other, and each baby gets there in his/her own time.
