Just not worth messing with, poor guy has already spent $200 on a zeftronics regulator, $30 on a auto parts reg and 7 hrs ( $80 an hr?) mechanic labor $560 for a total of approx. $790 and no further ahead. 50 amp complete conversion kit $743. 70 amp complete conversion kit $827.

Once its on it seems to stay on. I flew for around 2 hours today w/o an issue once it woke up. I have the Zeftronics voltage regulator, new battery (about 10 hours), and alternator has about 480 hours on overhaul. My next step is to troubleshoot the Zeftronics (installed in 2009) and the Master switch and replace those prior to replacing ...
