This carnival arrives seasonally. When I went, they opened from 5pm til 10pm, but stop admitting people at 9. - Entry: Carnival tickets are $9.95 (I paid $10 at the window), and they stamp your hand as you walk in. All rides are unlimited, but you still pay for food and games. I never had to wait long for a ride. It's such a good deal!
