It's located just outside of Leesburg, VA and off N. 15 after about 3 miles of 2-way traffic. Just follow the sign that says Whites Ferry to the right off the main road and pretty soon you run right into it. This cable run ferry ride takes maybe 10 minutes by the time you drive your car onto the ferry and cross over. The ferryman is a character.
