I have a few minutes before my grocery delivery is going to be late. I have somewhere to be which means if they are late I will be late as I still need to put shopping away before I leave. I think Ocado are having another one of their bad patches. Several orders have been late in the last few weeks, and as you can't get delivery refunded on-line, it's meant 20+ minutes in the queue on the phone. And it's not traffic that's the cause, it's trouble at the warehouse.
