Had a problem with my daughters belt breaking on first use contacted urban outfitters 4 months after purchase as it was a gift, they ask for a photograph of broken belt and immediately apologised offering replacement or refund. Jun 26, 2012 · Not all companies but some do allow a different delivery method at an extra cost or an alternative address were someone is available. That's what I do and have no problem(I work 8am-6pm) so wouldn't expect to receive my delivery unless it was a company with a collect depot or if it's urgent I pay £10-12 for a Sat morning delivery.
