I also metabolize fast (it also happens to me with other medications) and vyvanse does not last more than 5 hours. i find if i sleep enough the night before and wait long enough after taking vyvanse (5-ish hours) i can have a 150mg of caffeine and its not bothersome. just be aware it can cause severe insomnia for the night and if you do sleep, you'll probably get about 4 hours max if you're anything like me. hope this is any consolation - i'd say experiment with your body since it's exclusive for you
