Vyvanse crash after 4 hours? I’m on 40mg of Vyvanse. When I take it, it takes around 90 minutes to kick in. I feel very focused, motivated and energised. After around 4 hours, I’ll get a wave of fatigue and unfocused. My ADD symptoms come back in full force. Has anyone else experienced this?

You can't expect vyvanse to make you concentrate like that all the time. You need to put the effort into it like everyone else and focus on what you have to do. It's normal that it's ''less effective'' after the first 4 hour but that doesn't mean that's it's not working because what you are describing, it's actually you being at your 120%.

It sounds like if vyvance worked at first and then stopped then you have reached your tolerance level meaning going up on dosage. It's very much the same with adderal you keep getting doses upped and it hard getting off Talk to your dr or go to another dr to see what other options you may have.

Vyvanse should work 10 to 12 to 14 hours. Its possible that it is causing you sleep problems. One sign of overdosing is a medication lasting longer then it should. And you are showing a few other symptoms of an overdose. It is possible that you actually need to lower your dose of Vyvanse. Did you start out at 40?
