Feb 14, 2013 · If you can get your order number and phone VW they might be able to give you some info - the online order tracking number is an 8 digit number, like 23****50 - it tells you what stage it is at, not specifics like the actual build week, date transported, etc, you have to find that from dealer or VW. I too ordered a White 1.6TDI SE.

I am truly pissed off with VW's terrible delivery time. if they knew their head from their arse, i should've had the car already - I'd expect it to take 2 weeks maximum to come from Germany to my house (the short boat trip from Emden shouldn't even take a day!)

You don't always have to wait for it to be built in the factory. No, in many cases it's possible you could buy a car which is already built and maybe in the UK.

Jan 17, 2019 · If all goes ok, then I would estimate your car will arrive in UK (assuming you are in UK) in early January with then 2 to 3 weeks for delivery to dealer and you. This is only my thoughts. If it has an actual build then your dealer should be able to give you a fairly good idea of delivery date. Enjoy your T-Roc when you get it - they're great.
