However I have now spoken with the live chat and on the phone and been told that delivery usually takes 3-5 days. How is it that Next Day Delivery doesn't actually mean Next Day Delivery? I'm very confused and a bit annoyed with Vodafone especially as I have only just signed up to a 24 month contract!!
