    Took 2 weeks for my parcel to even be out for delivery now yodel saying it’s been delivered when it hasn’t and spoke to yodel said to get sender to investigate it after 3hours to speak to yodel on web chat and then a further 1 hr and 15mins on to very customer service for them to just cut off the call and not answer and no one else to speak to!1.4/5
