Unity Shoppe annually has over 1,700 volunteers on site. The job skills learned are inventory sorting, bar coding, merchandising and customer service. Unity places a bar code on 750,000 food items annually to obtain an independent Audit. Additionally, we place bar codes on that many miscellaneous items for all other programs.
