    I was a CSO for 4 years and I can honestly say it was my favorite part of UCSB. The Good: The people are fun to work with; supervisors, students, and cops. One of my favorite memories was going to Denny's at 5am after shift with everyone. The pay is good relative to other campus jobs. You start a 9.50 an hour but I capped out at 11.27 by the end.
