My advice is, don't give people an expected delivery date and time of "by 8p.m." if carriers don't deliver after 6p.m. I believe hiring more postal workers instead of downsizing would make much more sense as well. But then again, I'm just a person that's tried to contact USPS all day long and each time I was told the wait time was one hour.
