Ever since this, the tracking page just lists the delivery date as unavailable. According to the updated info, the package has allegedly not left the last place it had an arrival scan in (Billings, MT). I called customer support today and they said they would start a claim and the investigation would take 8-10 business days.

UPS outside of a delivery company is a logistics company. The routes they choose make economic sense for them. Your package will get there. Say thank you. You chose to not go to a store (if applicable) and use ups (if applicable) during a holiday season where the most packages get shipped. Saying thank you goes a long way.

Jul 22, 2016 · It was send UPS 2-Day Air, which I think (?) means it should be delivered today, Friday, 7/22/16. Oddly enough, for the past 2 days the website has read: "Scheduled delivery information is not available at this time." I called UPS, and the representative also said that on her end she is seeing the same information.
