Cons. Long hours for terrible pay to start.Lied to me everyday.I have a CDL I’m a Truckdriver.Not a Package Amazon driver.Supervisor told me it’s taken you 12 hours to do 200 packages!He said “get a bottle and use that for a bathroom.”There is no time for bathroom breaks.I quit started my own business and couldn’t be happier!!!Thank you UPS for showing me to never work for anyone but ...4/5(46)

The pay is excellent .health care is 100 % paid with 100 %coverage...with exception to eye and dental which is about 70%..coverage...pension is outstanding..full package with wages and benefits is worth 130,000 yearly..without a college education I am grateful for the standard of living UPS …4/5(300)

Oct 20, 2008 · At first a supervisor will go with you for 3-5 days. You will be given something like an industrial route on one or two streets with around 30-50 stops so you can't get lost. Or you may get a route created just for peak. It would be a main street with many businesses and then a small area of residential stops.
