May 11, 2007 · Destination scan is supposed to mean the item has been delivered. If you don't have it you best be calling them to figure out where it is. As far as the train thing, that's comical as UPS does not use trains to transport packages.

A delivery scan generally can't be picked up either since it means you package is on a package car and will be at your house/business before it is returned to the facility. If you want to pick up a package and it has a destination scan then you will want to talk a person at that facility and have it put on "will call".
