Unfortunately, unless someone at “Brown” notices this error, it’s up to the person or business paying for that shipment to tell UPS about it.

Apr 08, 2008 · I am not using ups anymore. Seems like 1 out of every 3 packages they send is delayed somehow. Usually not giving an excuse just pushing the delivery date back. I had a package scheduled for Friday, then Monday now it's tracking is exception. That's really sad they have 30,000 packages but you seem to forget I goddam paid money for it.
