Aug 19, 2010 · Yesterday I actually saw the UPS truck pull over to my street across my house, the driver just stood there, never even got off the truck and drove away. And then I get a delivery attempt failed notification, but no notice on door - of course, he never made it out of the truck!! I guess it was raining too much for him to bother.

Feb 24, 2018 · UPS is not as bad as Fedex but the drivers definitely struggle with delivery schedules. It is why I no longer give random drivers that I see on the road my ready to go boxes…I always wondered why they seemed to hate receiving them so…do a search for articles about this and you will know why (WSJ, NYT, LAT, prolly others).

The problem is that at the time the delivery was attempted I was at home. There was no knock on the door at that time. I check outside and there is no note posted anywhere (the note they usually leave when your not there).

Mar 10, 2015 · I have nothing but problems with UPS in Canada. They have pulled the "Customer was not available when UPS attempted delivery" but they always charge me some sort of bullshit "We crossed the border" fee when I order from the USA that Canada Post has yet to charge me on.
